Garnet is a stone that is very often found set into jewellery and it’s a lovely stone to wear. It’s a stone that is robust enough to wear every day. It can also be picked up in tumbled form, and can be held in the hand or set on any area of the body you feel can benefit from it.
How to Cleanse and Recharge:
Garnets are quite a hardy stone and as such all forms of cleansing are suitable. So water cleansing, smudging, light of the full moon, sunshine and reiki cleansing are all suitable.
