Directions 

Simply light the stick and then carefully blow out the flame. This will leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release this exotic fragrance. 
Start to relax then focus on the affirmation, repeating it ten times in your mind. Burn for a minimum of 10 minutes. The sticks can be carefully extinguished and then re-lit, should you require.
